You should receive your order within 10-14 business days of purchase. Any orders placed after 10/16/2010 will not be shipped until 11/2/2010.
We want you to enjoy your Cupcake Crafts project. If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by email for return instructions. You may return products that are unused and unopened up to 30 days from date of purchase. No returns will be made for any item after 30 days.

Your account will be credited for the amount of the item(s). Credit to your account may take up to 7 business days for us to process. Unfortunately, we cannot offer credit for the shipping charges.
